Return & Exchange Policy

1. Product Acceptance: We only accept products for return or exchange that:

• Are the correct product (not wrong)
• Are free from damage or use

2. Time Limit: Customers must submit their return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Customer Charges:

• Delivery charges for return or exchange will be borne by the customer.
• Any additional charges due to damage or mishandling during return will also be the customer's responsibility.
